I am absolutely certain that the MMJ sector work that has been done has almost been exclusively done by Chabaan and he clearly has done an outstanding job to date. As a company grows it is necessary to delegate authority over certain aspects of operations to enable the company to move forward with the competition especially in a new market. The BOD should be directing this type activity but I suspect some may have come on board with the caveat that the company obtains license. This is not unusual but it does mean that the many moving parts., financials, business negotiations, travel, etc., can be very difficult to keep oversight on. Why is there no status update on license inspection? Mistakes in financials and so on. This reflects only on management. I don't doubt the company intent but on management style it's time to step up to the plate.
