I agree with all you said there OTC.
On a personal level, I don't see anything happening with the ss in any immediate sense. We are involved in MANY aspects of this sector, and I think that has just begun. I feel management will let the ss ride until most of the future vertical integration is up and active.
Revenue coming in will dictate what the ss will be and where they want it for the best future for the company and shareholders.
In the future, I can easily see share buyback and retirement, but, really, that won't be soon in light of debt, JV ,M&A forthcoming.
I understand to use shares to do business is good for a start up as it frees up cash. But, then you have to pay that off, build cash, and then you can do things with the ss, dividend, MA, etc.... I can wait.
