Not sure how to exactly answer that. We really will not know until q3 comes out, and may not know then if AUDITED financials don't come out at that time.
I think for full disclosure on all of the business parts we will have to wait for the annual report at the end of the 4th qtr., at which time I think the AUDITED will come out, along with the details of M/A activity, up-list info, etc..
Right now I think the company is only focused on creating opportunities for the company, lining everything up, putting the right people in the right place to manage, knowing what funds they will need where, etc., until the License is in hand. That is my guess.
