One of your links says no profits. Is emerald a non profit? Cuz I thought non-profits couldn't have shares to sell. So I'm confused, maybe you are too.

I think primary caregiver is like my wife, who takes care of her Aunt and not a company especailly a for-profit company and probably like a nursing home or somethign too.
