"The simple knowing of something that others don't know isn't illegal, the acting on that information for personal gain is.
Please be more accurate in providing information to the visitors of this board.
Obviously, as employees of a publicly traded company we are all privy to confidential information, based upon that we all should be arrested and prosecuted according to your statement. Isn't this true?
