And that's exactly it...the theme is to make money by duping someone--no evidence of actual value needed.
What works even better than that is duping gullible shareholders into investing more under the pretense that PTOI is going to make money by duping gullible companies. If you're an investor investing under this theme, please hold onto your shares as long as possible.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
