Thanks, En2style - nice DD. It strikes me, though, that the LinkedIn profile (like so many other LinkedIn profiles) is full of padding and exaggeration. I mean, Mr. Shramko is only - what - in his early 30's (he received his bachelor's degree in 2004)? His LinkedIn profile indicates a range of professional involvement and activities that, if there's any real depth to them, would seem to be enough for a couple of lifetime careers.
On another note, it would be very interesting to know specifically what the nature and purpose of Bill's meetings with Messrs. Shramko, Govriligk, Kaplun, and “Sergei the Chairman” (who appears to be Sergei Yevtushenko, the head of InvestUkraine, the “brand-name” of the Ukraine Investment Authority – see the default slide at the top of the home page of http://investukraine.com/) were. Several on this board have speculated that the meetings concerned the export (from Ukraine) of hemp seeds. Perhaps so. But maybe it had to do with the export (to Ukraine) of hemp-growing technology and R&D, a la Anndrea Hermann and/or RXNB. Or maybe a JV with HempTech for the production of hempcrete or the use of hemp for automotive purposes (Ukraine has a large automotive sector). Right now, it's all speculation and inference.
I'm hoping that there will be detailed PR's on the Ukraine connection as soon as the license is issued.
