Heya John, Precipice means the very edge or on the verge of...like standing on the edge of a cliff...usually in relation to a cliff or dangerous situation...I have my bungee cord on but really if this BS keeps up I may have to cut myself loose...might be better to take the loss than slowly starve completely waiting and hanging on the Precipice.
