QEDN announced that the Board of Directors has approved a 40% reduction in its authorized shares. The Company will reduce the number of authorized common shares from 1,000,000,000 to 600,000,000. Additionally, the Series A preferred shares shall no longer have conversion rights to common shares. QED is working with its registered agent, Corporate Creations, to file an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of the State of New York and will be reflected in subsequent fillings.
