Dr. J. William Langston is the Scientific Director, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Parkinson’s Institute in Sunnyvale, California.
He is the founding member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, which he continues to serve on.
Our address on the 10Q from Sept 2013 to the address of principal executive offices was 675 Almanor Ave., Sunnyvale, CA (Address of the Parkinson's Institute)
I further connected in the past that a board director Vernon Norviel (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati) at the Parkinson's institute was having a copy of the Wash U research agreement sent to him along with the address at Pharmacyclics.
