The involvement of a top 100 engineering firm suggests to me that they have done an immense amount of DD otherwise they wouldn't be here.
I suggest that that engineering firm is in this for their future as much as they are for PTOI. They are well aware what being partnered with PTOI will mean to their bottom line should PTOI's flagship be a gamestopper. I expect they've done their DD and are very aware of the huge potential here thus the reason for their involvement.
