The problem as I see it is that the site itself cannot advertise as being an impartial outlet for stock advice and then do what they are doing as it is deceptive for those not knowing what the site really is. You can have a site that bashes as long as it is based on opinions but you cannot create the illusion of objectivity to the public - at least in my opinion. Of course the site knows what is going on but it has to be documented that they were put on notice.
