What I hear is that the Defendants have had a patent for over 19 months but, they can't put it in play,and it looks like that patent will be shelved!!.
I also hear that the Defendants don't have a lead attorney, just an ex window washer/floor sweeper as their consultant!!..
I also hear the Defendants have the burden to show they cannot afford relief!!. They're on the verge of going broke and headed towards BK!!.They are also headed towards a major lawsuit after this case concludes,that's what I have heard but,
TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
