I think with all the discussion about SAIC and some people adamant that SAIC would never, ever do a report without verifying everything, I think it's important to point out that the "positive conclusions" were announced by PTOI two and a half years ago and, you guessed it, two and a half additional years of leading shareholders on.
So shareholders can hang onto that SAIC report for as long as they want and believe that it validated the commercial viability of P2O. Most other people already see that the rubber doesn't meet the road.
