Rule # 6 Never invest more than you can afford to lose. It is an expression that has been used thousands of times, and for good reason. If you invest more than you can afford to lose, when the roads gets bumpy you won’t think with a clear head and impulse (and emotional) decisions will be made. These rarely work out in your favor.
