Dialing "911" is public knowledge as well............just not a good idea to go on a public website and post to all that they should call the number.

I think it was referred to as "inciting harassment of a public entity." Not sure if it is a felony or a misdemeanor, but I guess MrK could tell us soon.............

Now............you wouldn't go around yelling "Fire" in a packed movie theater, or "bomb" at an airport - would you?
