What a CEO says and does should have no daylight between them... the App was inimated in July but the books were written as a definite for August...The cred of all things that need to be measured financial is predicated on the books being audited. FWIW the SOX act still matters to some people...

got my last dime in at .011 so good to go up up and away MYEC LONG.
Thank you ed is an entrepreneur and all about his technology. Now the right people are in place to help him and that is going to benefit us down the road. Couple bumps here and there will be laughed at when we see our future acc statements
What is left the Apps and Form 10.
Can you imagine the labor hours that were needed with the move, hiring employees getting them up to speed, working with clients, working with the accounting firm...ect.
I think you can agree, if there's a slight delay it is acceptable with what's all going on with above.
The App and Form 10 will be released soon.

Sure! Yet again.
Man looking at the 1 year chart. With the low volume right before our last run, but a spike a few weeks back in volume. Looking pretty much identical.
I never once read the word promise in regard to anything stock related.
I don't know much about Giact or Movefreight, or really Greenpay for that matter. But I figure he won't blow his load when the reversal is still WIP, but once it's go time look out. I'm expecting at least one PR of elevated importance soon. Just a guess.
Have some patience!

I like the 3 PRs but none are what he promised. That has stunted their effectiveness IMHO

I'm all too aware.... It was just a general chart question, I have a lot to learn. Even as much as you show your disappointment here, I believe you know your charts and sometimes have thoughtful insight.
But I agree it looks better. Though I feel 3 PRs in a week is pretty full steam ahead in regard to picking up the pace. IMO.
The price is already under the 200 DMA on the daily...Ed needs to keep it rolling up...almost at 50 RSI...looking much better than under 30 RSI..
But if we close below then it's hell fire right?
