Going by the substantial amounts of shares held or purported to be held by a few investors here, I believe that there are either nearer to 1bn OS or that Novamex has only bought 51% of the OS.

If as many folks REALLY hold 20m plus shares as ACTUALLY say they do hold that amount of shares, it would be impossible for SRGE to be owned by Novamex unless they had issued paper shares to Novamex to take their holding over 75%.
