I don't understand where the typo could have been. Can you explain further?
The Q1 report lists a capital stock qty of 3,405,969,548 on Oct 1, 2013 and on March 31, 2014.
The Q2 report just released details two issuances of stock - 122,000,000 shares for services and 15,000,000 shares for Hemp Tech purchase.
122,000,000 + 15,000,000 + 3,405,969,548 = 3,542,969,548. This is beyond the Authorized Shares.
This was one of the puzzling things that I had commented on earlier in the week after reviewing the report (I think Mr Canuck raised this as well) and couldn't understand it. If it's a typo, then I don't know what figure has the typo?
