Any manufacturing issues which would keep the machine from running consistently.

Also, more automation of the process so it doesn't take a JB to run the processor at its optimal throughput rate.

I think JB was getting close to running the Flagship at rates that would allow it to be commercially viable.

I think the output of the machine has always been better than the others. More refined and more consistent.
