My guess is it is not approved or they would have mentioned it. I don't think Georgia is licensed yet either.

Minnesota is somewhere that Hi_times does not ship to. You could try and have a liquor store get it but hi-times does not sell to MN. I have put my order in requesting Marani at several local liquor stores here in MN. No response from any of them yet, hopefully one of them pans out.
