Eater- I did. I played baseball at St Martin's University here in Washington Sate. Did you play ball?
I was being a geek and glanced at the section 16 filings
from Aug 1st and looked at Dr Lowe's Compensation...I know this is normal, just found it to be interesting

Options to Purchase Series B Preferred Stock 01/16/2014- 01/15/2024 Common Stock 10,000,000 (2) $ 2.2075
(1) Such shares shall vest in equal parts on a quarterly basis and shall be completely vested on the date one year following the grant date.
(2) Such shares shall vest in equal parts on a monthly basis over a 24 month period beginning on the grant date.
