There's plenty of boards that don't delete tickers, Max.  Some Mods are just less attentive.  It's the Admins doing the heavy lifting.  But meanwhile, it's OK to verbally assult our TYTN CEO without recrimination.  Maybe if we inundate them with TOS complaints it will sink in.
