Dude- you can buy a suite in a few years. All disposable money should be socked away in AMBS
In all seriousness, I actually struggle with this as well. I have u dub husky season tix and I go to a bunch of hawks games and travel quite a bit. I thought about cutting back on some of that stuff so I could afford more AMBS shares, then I thought enjoying life now while I'm young is a better option. In reality its a tricky balance. I also invest in real estate. Down payment on my 3rd home or use that money and purchase more shares!
