although company infrastructure has been solidified, shareholders have been told convuluded inflection catalysts that have failed to be significant upward pps movers. who would not be a little wary at this point unless there is access to credible information that indicates blockbuster stock and market potential. therefore the 1.1 mil shares i currently hold long will vote NO unless PR with previously promised significance actually happens prior to vote deadline..the old saying that " a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush" is appropriate. since Q4 '12 i am still waiting for the bird in the hand.
