Take a close look at FMAR. It closed at .99 yesterday and I think will be around 2.00 by Christmas. I first began following this bank over a year ago when it was around .10 and sinking in a sea of red ink It immediately dropped to .05 and I thought the FDIC would surely be shutting the doors very soon. For whatever reason they didn't and FMAR has had three very profitable quarters in a row. A 4th profitable quarter just might send the pps north of 5.00 a share.

I made two buys after the 2nd quarter at .59 and .55 I think it was. I plan to buy at least 5000 more shares.

FMAR never took TARP money.
