Looking at Celts( The leader guy) post as to selling at 80% he should understand he makes no sense..
Depending on the lot sizes selling you 5c stock at 80 to 100% profit doesn't take long to minimize the lots you are underwater that were purchased at a higher price..
IF you have enough of the 5c stock and keep selling your lots at a higher price become virtually FREE..
My question would be if the core provided the funding that kept this company going to the tune of owning 15% of the company... Were the not entitled to some personal DD... Or even a seat at the table...
If DD was given before the PP were they aware that Rapids was a non starter if not I would be a tad bit upset in what I was presented...
