I have a question personal to me and I hope someone will reassure me with clarification...

I was in a stock two years ago (still have useless shares)....had been in it for 3...waiting and waiting... and then...once product was ready for sale, the company went private and share holders like and including myself were left out completely...

I just need reassurance that when FITX (public) merges with RXNB (private) that I have not invited history to repeat itself with an ignorant decision on my part. I have only been a shareholder in FITX since Thanksgiving of last year...

I would really appreciate a response... good bad or ugly...
