It really is hard to say.  I have been in the stock since November, been watching since September.  I noticed that there was a speculative run I believe around June or July when it was TOFS based on the announcement of the Baron business plan.  I feel investors are reluctant to speculate this time around so we wont see an artificial run, IMO.  It is going to take good news, additional TA clients, brokerage firm, conversion of RIGH and TGGI debt, announcement of the 2 IPO companies to get this thing moving.  Someone should be able to crunch some numbers to get the valuation for this company.
