kbulldog & otctrader have both arrived at similar opinions regarding the potential merger of FITX & RXNB and possible outcome. I have to agree with them & this fits with my own way of looking at this.

I wonder, & this is just my own thoughts, how the new share structure would look & what if any changes could occur to each shareholders ownership of a given number of shares....could it stay the same or would the new issue of shares be smaller in number & increase in value (as in a reverse split)?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I do billieve tho that we will all be very happy with the outcome.
