correction-Sharon apparently was not Bobs wife, but those who knew Bob before I, said they were married, and had a seemingly 1st hand report of such, so I assumed it,and by default still thus think that way. I never asked Bob and Bob never said but in his depo he indicated they were not married-whether they ever were is irrelevant now and still an open question.

But the point remains -because of preceding Mex law requiring a Mex sub for foreign corps and that such sub be headed by a Mexican citizen, Sharon was appointed Pres of the sub,since she was a Mexican citizen.

They didnt create the sub to confuse holders- it was a requirement of Mex law.
