Here's the way I see it. License equals viable company that can produce a product. We start producing a product that equals revenue. Revenue eventually equals profit. Profit makes the Financials mean something. So until we see a profit Financials won't help the PPS. Other things might like uplist, mergers, speculation ect.. But these Financials mean nothing.
