This case will be over before HP even gets drag into this case.I suggest you move on and NO the Judge didn't mention anything about MediaBin->Interwoven->Autonomy->HP Read the court minutes from 8/2013 the defendants already knew and said that they would be bringing ISI into the picture, if they got the MOTION DENIED and now, after all this time, they have decided, because it was brought to their attention,by the plaintiffs on what they needed to do!!!.The defendants were stalling all this time, because they have NO LEAD ATTORNEY to direct them, on what their next action should be, they have an ex window washer as their consultant LLOLs.. READ the minutes from last August!!.......Stop playing schoolyard lawyer, this pay grade is way above your head..
