I'm conflicted... one part of me wants to hit sell, the other buy... I can't imagine they'd get enough votes to pass doubling the number of shares. However, if some news came out before the meeting that made some massive movement in price, then that would make us more willing to trust them to use the shares for non-dilution causing purposes.
