SEC has KMAGs filings !! SEC needs to release KMAG's form 10 !!!
Here is the proof that the SEC has the filings !!!
If this wasn't the truth the SEC would have done something about it already !!
SEC going to have some explaining to do if form 10 doesn't happen today !!
