That's just it...Mr. Bordynuik's catalyst was proven according to Mr. Bordynuik. The catalyst would work with any pyrolysis process to produce an oil for under $10/bbl. The catalyst was fully tested in a 1kg processor and then in a 1-ton processor. Mr. Bordynuik had offers in hand to buy the resulting oil for WTI-$3/bbl, at the time clearing $68/bbl. These are all hard facts as represented by Mr. Bordynuik to investors five years ago.
This wasn't supposed to be an unproven technology...and even today the company keeps the capabilities vague, undoubtedly hoping many will continue to believe the only obstacles to full profitable product are the continuous delays which keep cropping up. No mention that Mr. Bordynuik's process was initially misrepresented by Mr. Bordynuik himself and, in fact, utterly worthless.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
