For the merger, who is being folded into whom? RXNB to become part of FITX or FITX folded into RXNB and they maybe use that as a way to reverse split shares without actually needing to do that with FITX? I am speculating to no end on that one. Wasn't sure if it would be RXNB being taken public, absorb FITX, RXNB has a FAR smaller share count, and FITX holders get say 1 share for every 100 shares???

As I said, the last part was speculative, but the question stands, how would the merger work, who is merging with who? I THINK it is RXNB merging with FTX, but nothing concrete found.
