Allbetson, I don't know if it will go to .05 next week.  That estimation started with cool.  I believe that there will be some form of news next week.  I do think any type of positive news / PR will change the dynamic with TECO.  I really think a lot of people are poised, waiting for a reason to click the buy button, those who already have shares, and some who don't as of yet.  

There are a lot of reasons to be wary at the moment, as even TECO admits that the past quarter was challenging.  Even die hard longs are hanging back at the moment figuring that the pps could drift lower.  I refuse to speculate whether this is the low or not, but I think we won't see the .02's in 2013, or ever again.
