at this point Im pi**ed off no matter what- all that BS about transparency and he can't even release a statement to Shareholders explaining the first delay and now this one? (yes i know there was an explanation in the Note of Late Filing, but its no substitute for direct communications with shareholder)

like i said before there's no LEGIT excuse for this filing to be late or even "just before he turns into a damn pumkin!"
