Nature of the beast. We should not begin to question Angel's motives when the organization that he's been managing, has shown tremendous signs of progress over the past 6 months. I am hopeful we will see fins by midnight so we stay pink current, but I am far more interested in finding the details of the organization's SS, than why we can or can not meet a deadline. As John pointed out today, the "Late Filing" letter filed last week, clearly stated BG was looking for a new accounting firm to help the company move forward, and I would much-rather spend one or two extra days and put BG in the RIGHt hands, then to kick the ball down the green and totally miss the shot.
