Riddle me this:
Why is TTruth so sure this will go to .05 on that alone? Only way I could imagine is a squeeze but personally I have never seen one in the OTC that lived up to the much ballyhooed hype.
And how would that work anyway? Won't the shares we own now be exchanged for a new cusip number? And won't that make them un-tradable for several sessions at a minimum? How exactly would a naked short cover and drive the PPS up on only the new shares? How is that good for anyone holding old shares?
I was in CAGR during its reverse merger. After the name and symbol change the old shares were stagnated for days only those taking action on new shares issued by the treasury saw a surge in PPS. Everyone else had to wait for their old shares to get new certs cleared and by then the fireworks was over.
That is my recollection anyway, although it's been awhile.
