As long as the company is using the money for company expenses while they grow their business I don't care how many shares they sell. Even if it means a reverse split. They did lower the number of shares from over a billion last year.

The real people hurting the company are the bashers shorting it and bid wacking. I'm sure MRIB would rather sell shares at .04 than at .01. They could raise money easier. This is how shorters kill start ups.

Further more, if anyone believes the bashers when they say this company is going down, they could be right, but only because they are trying to cause it, not because MRIB didn't give their best.
