Good morning, Sirk. Yes, I agree, Thursday is Thanksgiving for us, and I sure would like to give thanks to WRIT  at the dinner table for the outstanding PR. Will it happen, I really don't think so, I am more focusing on Monday, When a PR will give us a full trading week.   Gregg
