Fair value for ICBT:
ICBT currently has 1.9B shares outstanding.
ICBT currently owns $38m shares of Canwealth Minerals, roughly 60% of Canwealth's outstanding shares.
Canwealth Minerals filed for a 15m share IPO priced at $1 per share.
When Canwealth begins trading, if they open at or near the IPO price of $1, that would give ICBT $38M in value. Currently ICBT is trading at just over $1M in value. That equates to about a $.021 fair value stock price for ICBT. This is going much much higher then current levels.
