In project management rule is: chose Time/Budget/Quality/Scope (choose 3).
Sounds like they are choosing: Time (October)
Budget (dilution)
Quality ( marketing + three Providences)
They are avoiding scope: Mexico + Dominican Republic.
My thought it - I don't care if O/S is 699M or 560M.. shipment better make it to foreign shore or I will set a sell order with price .0001 on all my shares.
So, no excuses - they better have all the cash they need to marketing, buy inventory, ship, and make it happen!
