From the late filing doc posted 5 days ago, the audited fins are causing changes to the Q3 fins. I am not worried about a tier change for a few days until these fins get uploaded with opinion letter. All longs who believe in BCAP ought to add significantly to the bid at 4 and 3 just in case some folks get impatient waiting. I will personally be adding significantly to the bid today at both 3 and 4. I may put $8k-$10k on the bid. I believe the audits are very close to completion or there would not have been a delay. That tells me the S-1 filing to the SEC is much much closer than we had thought. We may see the S-1 this month which would be sweet !
