Garry could even have tweeted "2014 K - Financials will be audited", but he absolutely did not. As always, Garry's wording is such that it's left for interpretation. Then we here on the message boards go back and forth on what it meant since it wasn't crystal clear.

Garry is an RIT graduate and knows very well what he is doing by putting out such statements. He's been doing this for years.

I think he is, once again, trying to buy time from investors because he has yet to secure the "deals" he's told people were on the table. As long as we are talking about his nebulous Tweets and statments he still has time to work with.

When we stop talking about his tweets and start demanding that he put out auditted financials and make public PR's then the heat is on.
