Come right around spring time some are gonna look back and wish they hadn't sold into the panic and ridiculous cries of major dilution. Nothing worth waiting for is created Over night. Who in the World do you think is picking up the shares you discard? Just because the A/S increased to 4 bil does not mean it was used. It is what is driving the fear, the what if factor. The A/S is 3 bil over the O/S. A 200 million increase to the O/S is small in comparison. If the shares are being put to good use to grow the company, then that is good dilution IMO
They want the naive investor to think the whole freakin 4 billion was just thrown into the float! What a joke.
