hey when the first 2 shares on PTOI today were:
$0.15 1 OTO 09:30:10
$0.15 1 OTO 09:30:00
ya' just knew it was gonna be all nite .. all day
it's why they fed CSTI 50k @ 1701 (on bid)
and then *opened* at an UC ask .. 17c the next day
it's why they will *UC* each day they can .. reminder
mgmt has only *filed* .. there has been no company
update since 7.1.14 (2 sets of Qs' reported since
and NYSDEC 5 and 10 year permits issued since)
so while naughty nite can reset via colluding decoys re: PTOI
reminder that their STALL is just that
