Agreed, you can't just file sec complaints because the pps dropped so much or shares increased a lot. ICPA is a full reporting company and Steve filed 144 for any shares he sold. Any sec investigation can only be based on FACTS not people's feelings. Reading both boards, I wonder if there is a group of people out there who intend to take the advantage of the sell off caused by the Q and try to scare more people to dump shares so they could get the pps as low as the could, they can then pick up all the cheap shares, pump up the stock and sell on the run.
